The restaurant's signature dessert is an award-winning coconut soufflé. Located near the swimming pool and the beach, the Rotui Bar & Grill - with platters of fresh vegetables and tropical fruits - provides a casual, waterfront option for lunch or dinner, as well as the perfect setting to enjoy refreshing exotic drinks all afternoon. For classic and island cocktails as well as an extensive list of fine wines and champagnes, the Eimeo Bar - adjacent to the Arii Vahine Restaurant - offers a panoramic view for stunning sunsets. The Toata Bar is a memorable place to spend an afternoon or evening over a natural aquarium.
